I built Domivy because I couldn't find it.

Running mid-term rentals means stitching together Airbnb, Furnished Finder, spreadsheets, Google Calendar, Venmo, and a dozen text threads. Renting rooms separately? Double that.

Every tool I tried was built for someone else. Hotels, or Airbnb empires, or apartment complexes with 200 units. Nothing understood how I actually operated.

So I built Domivy. One platform for every way you rent, paired with an AI co-operator that actually helps. No more 20 tabs. No more copy-paste. Just a clean system that works the way rentals work in 2026.

How is Domivy different from Hospitable or Hostaway?

Those are built for short-term only. Domivy handles short, mid, rent-by-room, and long-term on the same calendar, with the same inbox, the same payouts, and the same Ivy.

I already use [Airbnb / Furnished Finder / DoorLoop]. Do I need to switch?

No. Domivy becomes your operational layer and syncs both ways. Keep listing where you list. Run your whole business here.

What counts as a rentable?

Anything you individually rent out. A whole house, a single apartment, or a room in a shared MTR. You only pay for leaves in your inventory tree. A 6-room building is 6 rentables, not 13.

Is Ivy actually useful or is it just a chat widget?

Ivy reads every screen in the app, knows your leases and rentables, and takes action. She drafts guest replies, chases late rent, builds onboarding checklists, and explains your numbers. Included in every tier.

Can I cancel anytime?

Month-to-month, no contract, export all your data on your way out. The only lock-in is that you won't want to leave.

What about team members and permissions?

Unlimited seats on Portfolio and Empire. Role-based permissions for owners, co-hosts, cleaners, and maintenance. Cleaners see only what they need, owners see only their portfolio.

Is my data secure?

Row-level security on every table, encrypted at rest, SOC 2 Type II on the roadmap for 2027. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Do you charge per rental transaction?

No. ACH rent collection is 0.8% (capped at $5). We pass Stripe's cost through. Cards are 2.9% + 30¢. Most operators save more on payments than they spend on Domivy.
